Coaching focuses on creating change in the present and future. While therapy often explores the past in depth, my coaching draws on somatic and nervous system tools to help you release what’s holding you back and step into new patterns of living.
Not at all. Some clients come with a clear outcome in mind, others simply know something in their life needs to shift. Together we’ll uncover what feels most important for you.
Sessions are conversational but deeply guided. I may weave in nervous system regulation practices, somatic tools, or subconscious re-patterning techniques, depending on what your system needs.
Transformation takes time. Some shifts happen quickly, but for deeper, lasting change I recommend committing to a package so we can create momentum and support integration.
Yes. I am trauma-informed and will always work at the pace your body feels safe with. Coaching is never about pushing or forcing — it’s about creating an environment where your system can naturally unfold.
It’s normal to feel uncertain. I encourage you to explore whether this feels aligned for you at this time. There are also self-paced resources available if you’d like to begin in a smaller way.
Sessions are available online or by phone, so you can access coaching wherever you are. Many clients actually prefer being in the comfort of their own space, as it helps them open up more easily.
Emotions are a natural part of this process. If tears or strong feelings arise, that’s a sign your system is releasing and recalibrating. I’ll hold space for you with safety and compassion.
