By accessing and using this Site, our social media channels, and any services provided, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

• Booking: All sessions are by appointment only and can be scheduled through our online booking system or by direct contact.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
• Fees: Our current fee structure is available on the Packages & Pricing page. We reserve the right to adjust fees and will provide notice of any changes via email, social media, or this Site. 

• Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.
• No-Shows: Missed appointments without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate subsequent clients. The full session fee applies regardless of the length of the session attended.

• Disclosure: Please inform us of any health concerns, injuries, or conditions prior to your session. This information ensures that we can tailor the session to your specific needs safely and effectively.
• Scope of Practice: Our services are intended to support your overall wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical treatment. We do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medications.

All personal and health information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential, in accordance with privacy laws and ethical guidelines.

• Informed Consent: By booking a session, you provide informed consent to receive the services offered.
• Minors: Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, or provide written consent from a parent or guardian prior to the session.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Harmonised Strength and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harmonised Strength shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or this Site. 

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this Site. Your continued use of the Site and our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
